Chapter Text
Wandering.
She had been doing the woods for hours, trying to find her way back. Where was she? she couldn't have known she stumbled into a gateway between worlds. She was trapped until she found an exit back to her world, or found a way to the next world. The differences between these two worlds were big, but they were also very alike. It was the middle of the night now, she had been wandering for a few hours now, and she found a lake. Deciding to sit down for a while, she realizes that she has never heard of a lake this close to the city. As she walks down to the lake, she notices that the reflection is off. The large-leaved trees and green grass is nothing but pines and snow. She looks around and notes that the trees aren't normal. When she feels the wind blow around her, the leaves don't move at all. That's when she decided to put her hand in the lake. When she does this, the water is freezing cold, and what feels like ice is blocking her from going any further into the lake. Then she hears something, before being pushed into the lake.
Then the ice broke, and there was a scream.
