Rhaenyra felt Aemond come to her in a disconnected sort of way. Something warm was put on her like a blanket and a hand, blazing hot, took hers. She couldn't react; she was stuck in the dimension between life and death, lost in limbo.
Warmth and awareness slowly poured into her being as someone pressed against her and she twitched, coming back into her body. She turned her head to see her baby brother, holding her against him, giving her his heat and his lifeforce.

Death and disease closing down the entire world was disaster enough for people everywhere, but for Rhaenyra and Aemond trapped in the same house together, it seemed to be the worst situation either of them could end up in.
But, maybe it was about time for the tensions that had ruined their family for years now to ease, at least for the two of them. That being said, that sentiment has a tendency to yield unexpected results.
And in House Targaryen, the extraordinary can very easily be taken for granted, if one is honest enough.
