I welcome transformative works based off my fan works. I'd like to be notified about it in a comment on the work if it's hosted off AO3. If it's on AO3, the "Inspired by" feature is just fine.

A note for fanbinders specifically: It's fine to share your typeset file with others, and to send typeset files to a service for printing.
