Chapter Text
It was izukus 4th birthday when his world fell apart. His mom had just set the cake on the table when the building shook knocking the pictures off the wall. Glass shattered as his mom rushed forward grabbing izuku and thrusting him into his father's arms.
"Get izuku out first!" His mom said shoving the toward the window and throwing it open. "I'll be right behind you."
His dad clearly wanting to protest, climbed out the window and darted down the fire escape as they reached the ground the building shuddered again and began to collapse. Izukus father tried to rush back in only to be held back by one of the heros.
"We can't allow you to run in there sir. The building is unstable."
"My wife is still inside on the 5th floor!!"
"Were evacuating as fast as we can."
Izuku stopped listening as he watched the building tremble. He pulled his fathers sleeve but was ignored. Not a minute later the building caved trapping 10 inside including his mother.
....
Izuku didn't like the room he and his father were sharing. He didn't understand why mom wasn't there and why he couldn't go home. He tried asking his dad but he seemed mad and izuku didn't want to push. Maybe he should make his dad a picture.
Izuku slid off the bed and grabbed a piece of paper it had some writing on the front so he flipped it over and began to draw. Izuku started with his mom using green for her hair and drawing her in a beautiful pink dress. As he started to draw his father he heard the phone ring and silently watched as his father answered it.
Turning away izuku finished his drawing with a small green rabbit. Something hit the ground hard and izuku spun around his dad was leaning against the wall frozen the phone sitting on the floor dropped a by his father a minute ago.
His father stared at him with anger and hatred in his eyes. Did he do something wrong why was his father so mad at him??
"Shes dead." He hissed. Izuku tilted his head confused. "Your mother is dead and its your fault." He growled. Izuku just stood there unable to comprehend what was going on.
