'Huh?' The Cautus looked around as the harsh snow fell around her the area she was in was probably Karlan or Ursus with the advanced technology in the ruins she was probably in Ursus there was also a lot of Originum in the area as well, "What happened to this place" Amiya muttered as she observed the area the metal and rubble have some Originum on it, no it was turning into Originum it was glowing in an amber color there was only one person she knows who can do this, Amiya heard the same familiar voice of the person she trusts and loves the most once more.
Amiya... I'm... sorry...
"M-mom?" She whispers to herself in shock then rushed towards the voice shouting. "Mom!" She dashed forward deep into the Originum ruins trying desperately to find her mother she runs into an Originum statue that looks eerily similar to a person. 'She's here!' Amiya thinks as she picks up the speed and followed the voice of her mother.
I... can't... go back home...
'What...' Amiya was confused why couldn't she go back home, nevertheless, she follows the voice that is getting louder and clearer meaning she was getting close 'Almost there just a bit more.' Suddenly she skidded to a full stop as she ran into a dead-end she looked around frantically trying to find some way to get to the other side when she couldn't find one in frustration she punched the nearest wall. 'At a situation like this, it is best to keep a level head and observe again.' The voice of her mom rang into her head she took a deep breath and calmly observe the area again when she looked at the dead-end again she took a brief calculation at how tall it is. 'Yeah, I can make that... just need a head start.' Amiya thinks, taking a deep breath and taking a few steps back Amiya breaks into a full sprint, jumps as high as she could, and manages to grab hold of the ledge, making a firm grip onto the ledge she pulled herself up. The Prince of Kazdel took a bit of a breather then continued to follow the voice to its source the path down was a bit steep, luckily there were some platforms she can jump down on, making calculative and timely jumps Amiya managed to get down.
When she's finally reached the bottom she saw a familiar woman was in the middle of the rubble Amiya's eyes widened. "Mom!" She ran dread-filled her heart after seeing her mother so injured, Amiya choked back a sob after seeing the state of her mother she hugs her tightly not wanting to let go. "...Amiya..." Amiya looked at her tears running down from her face, "Hi, mom..." Her mom's face was scarred and wounded with Oripathy lesions growing on her face. "Why... are you... here..." She coughs up blood staining Amiya's clothes who immediately rubs her back. "I'm taking you back home." Amiya says softly holding back her tears, Her mom smiled softly it was the first time she has ever seen her smile. "...Amiya..." She reached her hand out to caress her face, Amiya holds the hand caressing her. "...I'm sorry, but..." From the base of her neck, the skin darkened hardening as it spreads up to her chin and some painfully raised becoming a black crystal Amiya panicked when it continues to spread her mother's breathing has become heavier and heavier trying to keep the air flowing into her lungs. "you're... too...la...te..." The woman placed a hand on her daughter's shoulder and pushed her away, Amiya was caught off guard from the action causing her to fly away for a few feet away from her mom, Amiya rolled for a few feet and got up to see the woman glowing like an infused originum slug she glowed brighter and brighter, Amiya's eyes widened she got up to try and get to her, however, she was too far away from her, her mom was engulfed by the light and blows up.
Tears streamed down Amiya's face as she walked towards the splattered blood and knelt down she tried to hold back a sob but couldn't all of the stress she has over the years of being the leader of Rhodes Island was so stressful, despite her crying Amiya heard footsteps coming from right in front of her looking up she was face to face with a woman on her early twenties she looked at me coldly and before Amiya can do anything.

Rhodes Island
Time: 0048
I woke up with a gasp looking around frantically after that I calmed myself down, I looked at the alarm clock on the bedside table it was 0048, I got up from bed and dressed casually for the time being and grabbed the jacket that belongs to my mom looked at the picture frame of my family, my moms, dads, and younger sister, I smiled a bit before I leave my room.
I walked down the empty corridors of Rhodes Island so much has changed over the years, yet the feeling of something is missing was always present for the people who have been with Rhodes Island for a long time, the formerly everyday present bicker between a certain Sarkaz and Doctor while a pink-haired Sarkaz was mediating the fight with a lynx who was exasperated with the ordeal. I sniffled a bit and try to focus on where I am going.
As I was walking I heard something shuffling inside a nearby office, I recognized the door to it immediately it was... mom's office no one has ever dared to go in it, there were some tries but they were stopped before anyone could succeed, not even her sisters could get in since dad says so and no one would disobey her, except for a certain Lupo would.
I opened the door to see no one inside, I walked in and sigh internally, "Sis... please come out, I know you're here." I heard a thump of something landing behind me making me turn around to see my little sister, Projekt Red. Her yellow stared deep into me, "Sister... Amiya..." She says her head tilting once or twice, I held out a hand to her head Red looked at it for a few moments before rubbing her head to my palm her tail wagging happily making me giggle a bit, I gazed around the office where we both played in while mom was busy with paperwork.
Red let out a sad whine and sobs, I immediately hugged her and tried to comfort her. "Sis... I know it hurts... but don't worry I will find mom so don't cry... *hic*" I tried to contain my own sobs, 'By Babel's Ghost, I'm a fucking hypocrite...' I inwardly chuckled at how much of a hypocrite I am, I could barely comfort my own sister without crying after a long hour Red fell asleep from my arms I picked her up making sure she was secured in my arms before setting her onto the couch, I took off my jacket and cuddled with her and used it as a blanket like how she would do when we were little.
I kissed the top of the sleeping Lupo's head. "I miss you...Red misses you...Mama and Dad missed you as well..." I let my tears fall as I cried myself to sleep and hoped to dream about the time before my family broke apart.
Unknown to the two children a certain Lynx came to check over the opened office door sighs. "Our daughters were always so attached to you." A memory of her spouse watching over their daughters petting their heads with one of her hands either holding a document, report or a patient's medical chart.
Kal'tsit went to a nearby dorm and grabbed a blanket, she placed it over the Chimera and Lupo and gave both of them a kiss, and left closing the door behind her in the process with an unknowingly sad look on her eyes.
