Summary:
Neil arrives home pissed off for one reason or another, reeking of alcohol, as he is wont to be. Billy looks at him wrong, or says something wrong, or does something wrong-- he doesn't know which-- and Neil takes his anger out on him. Billy sneaks out after Neil passes out for the night.
Makes his way to Steve and his cavernous, empty house.
Steve's a good distraction.
