The Accords have definitely done some harm, but they were designed to help protect the people, and hold heroes accountable, and they’ve definitely done that. They need work, but they do what they were designed to do. Spider-Man’s refusal to sign only damages his case.

I was there, and I overheard Bruce Banner talking to the Fantastic Four quite civilly. They actually seemed to be finding some common ground, but the Fantastic Four had to split since they’re still technically an illegal superhero team. (1)
