Good morning Mr. Hayakawa,
I just wanted to inform you that IT has set up an email account for both Denji and Power. Although they will obviously be under your division, they won’t have access to the actual shared inbox, given that they are still technically in training. They will still need to utilize a computer and email, as we are slowly going to move towards a database to save any mission information required for taxpayer viewing purposes.
Please make sure that you acquaint them with using the proper applications for their personal computers. An IT representative will also be reaching out to you via phone and email later on today to help the three of you set everything else up.
Thank you for being such a great mentor and supervisor to Denji and Power. Everything has been going smoothly with their training due to your expertise and ability to guide them.

It’s called “out of office” email. You can set it up before you leave for a specific time and date so that if someone emails you, they get that computer-generated email that you set up beforehand. I can teach you how to do it one of these days.
