XIE FAMILY HOUSE BURNED DOWN - two of the three members found dead

Tragedy strikes the house of the Xie Family as their house burned down at two in the morning.

The bodies of Xie Ren (F, 37) and Xie Guo (M, 39) were found burnt in their bedroom, however authorities have been unable to find the body of their son, Xie Lian (M, 17). They suspect that the fire occurred at night, and the family died of carbon monoxide poisoning before they burnt. Xie Lian was nowhere to be found from the initial investigation.

Xie Ren and Xie Guo, both were hailed as top idols during their generation, started Xianle Studios as their dream of having their own idol company and nurture young talents for the future of idol entertainment. It was an up-and-coming company that was already making waves with its lineup.

Before the fire, Xianle Studios were preparing for the debut of their first trio: The Crowned Princes, featuring Feng Xin, Mu Qing, and led the Xie couple’s son and idol prodigy, Xie Lian. Videos of their practices leading up to their debut has been going viral for the past few weeks leading up to the fire.

“An unfortunate gas leak.” Head Detective Shi Wudu claims after the initial investigation. “The family moved into this house 12 years ago, they must have missed their regular maintenance. The house is quite old.”

Feng Xin and Mu Qing were unavailable for comment, and their parents have requested for them to be left alone to mourn the loss of their studio, and their missing friend. The trio was said to have grown up together, and entered training in the entertainment industry together.

“Such a terrible thing! I hope we can find their son, if ever he managed to escape.” Jun Wu, a contemporary of the Xie couple and godfather of Xie Lian. He is currently the CEO of another idol studio, Heavenly Records. “My heart goes out to all their friends and family, such a wonderful trio of people. They did not deserve what happened to them.”

As the body of Xie Lian has not yet been found, the authorities have organized a Missing Person search for the seventeen year old boy. Head Detective Shi Wudu encourages the public to assist in locating Xie Lian.

Xie Lian declared dead - Heavenly Records CEO and godfather Jun Wu expresses sympathy for the young artist

“The world has lost a once-in-a-lifetime talent.” Jun Wu lamented over an interview. “Such a pity we may never see such an artist on stage.”

(IMAGE: An old photograph of the late Xie Ren and Xie Guo, with Jun Wu beside Xie Ren, carrying a baby in his arms.)

It has been exactly one year since the tragic fire that stole the lives of the Xie family. Though there was hope that Xie Lian, 17 years old at the time of the event, survived as his body was the only one not found in the wreckage, a full year has passed without any word. Head Detective Shi Wudu declared the case closed, and Xie Lian was proclaimed dead.

Jun Wu was a close friend of the Xie Family, and was the godfather of Xie Lian. Though CEO of a rivaling company, he has been a steadfast supporter of Xianle Studios and was looking forward to the debut of their first group, of which Xie Lian was supposed to lead.

In honor of the Xie family, Jun Wu announced that Heavenly Records will be sponsoring the Xianle Concerts, and encourages aspiring idols to showcase their talents.

“The Xie Family created Xianle Studios to train and promote aspiring idols. It will be a great way for new idols to find their home in the industry.” Jun Wu commented.

“In fact, Heavenly Records is proud to announce that Nan Feng and Fu Yao will be debuting during the Xianle concerts. We are excited for other talents to come and debut, whether or not they have a record label.”

HISTORY HAS BEEN MADE - the most successful idol debut of the decade!

During the annual Xianle concerts sponsored by Heavenly Records, Inc., a new idol made a splash during his debut on stage!

(VIDEO: A short clip of the stadium going dark, before a burst of red light and smoke covered the stage. White lights gave the illusion of butterflies before focusing on the center in a butterfly-shaped spotlight, which revealed the silhouette of a young man in a white suit and red accents, with white gloves and a silver butterfly mask. He raised a microphone to his mouth and started with a strong chest belt.)

The new idol is the mysterious Taizi Dianxia, under Crimson Rain Entertainment. Donning a butterfly mask, he stole the show with his powerful vocals, fantasy visuals, and such graceful dance moves spectators swore he was floating on stage.

According to Heavenly Records CEO Jun Wu, he was just as surprised as everyone else with the level of production Crimson Rain Entertainment prepared.

“It’s not unusual for new idols to make their debut during the Xianle concerts,” Jun Wu commented to our reporters, “however this is the first time I’ve been thoroughly impressed by such new talent. We’ll see what Crimson Rain has to offer.”

#TaiziDianxia has taken over all social media platforms, and the video of his performance during the Xianle concert has already garnered over 10M views, surpassing all other performances in the same concert. Even the headline performance of the night – Heavenly Records’ famous duo Nan Fang and Fu Yao – is lagging behind with only 1M views.

With such a successful idol debut, the Crimson Rain Entertainment social platforms are blowing up, especially now that they are updating their social media with promos of their headlining performer. As of now, Taizi Dianxia, himself, does not have his own social media platform, but he has been interacting with fans through Crimson Rain.

Not only that, but Taizi Dianxia’s manager is also going viral after the paparazzi managed to snap this photo of the two of them leaving the concert venue.

(IMAGE: Taizi Dianxia, still wearing his outfit and mask from the night, but with a large red trench coat over his shoulder. Beside him is a tall man in a red suit, shoulder length hair cropped to cover his right eye, which is covered with an eyepatch. He led Taizi Dianxia with a hand to the small of his back towards a black van, with multiple bodyguards keeping the paparazzi and fans away.)

Fans are going crazy over the handsome man beside Taizi Dianxia when it was revealed that this was not only his manager, but the CEO of Crimson Rain Entertainment, himself, Hua Cheng.

Needless to say, with such a duo making waves in the entertainment industry, everyone is excited to see what this new idol will bring to the table!

Crimson Rain Entertainment releases Taizi Dianxia’s first album - to massive success!

After such an explosive debut, CEO Hua Cheng of Crimson Rain Entertainment was proud to announce Taizi Dianxia’s first album: a self titled album featuring his debut single ‘Flower and Sword’, as well as ten other songs!

In celebration for the album’s release, Crimson Rain Entertainment also released a music video for ‘Flower and Sword’, as well as a lyric video to another song in this album, a ballad called ‘Golden Foils’. The pre-sales for the album reached platinum numbers, and is estimated to exceed even beyond with online purchases and streams.

Those who pre-order the album were guaranteed a poster of Taizi Dianxia as well as limited edition light sticks bearing his signature butterfly logo. This was met with much enthusiasm from his fans.

(IMAGE: Fans camping out of record stores and reaching towards Taizi Dianxia, wearing a white button down and beige slacks alongside his butterfly mask and white gloves, who is handing out sandwiches and water bottles with the assistance of two other staff members. Hua Cheng is beside him, holding a red parasol over Taizi Dianxia’s head, while a barricade stopped the fans from reaching too far.)

Taizi Dianxia was seen with Hua Cheng handing out snacks to the fans camping out of the record stores. Reports have also said that Taizi Dianxia has also been visiting stores in secret to sign a few copies of the albums to surprise random fans that pre-ordered his albums!

(IMAGE: Taizi Dianxia signing a CD in a closed store, a gloved finger to his lips as if to say keep quiet. He’s wearing his usual butterfly mask, but he had a cheeky smile on his face. Near him were starry-eyed employees, holding out their cellphones to take pictures.)

(IMAGE: A female fan showing off her signed CD to the camera. The store behind her is packed full of people, some raising their CD’s, or checking each others’ CDs)

Critics are claiming that Taizi Dianxia might have the album of the year, with rave reviews across several magazines and idol watchlists.

The physical albums have sold out but Crimson Rain Entertainment shared that restocks are currently in production in their social media accounts:

(IMAGE: A social media post with a picture of Taizi Dianxia, with his butterfly mask but it’s clearly seen that his nose is slightly red and his eyes were watery. He has a large grin on his face, head slightly tilted to the side, and he held up his fingers to make little hearts.

Crimson Rain Ent.: I’m beyond thrilled at the response everyone’s had to the album! We’ve heard your requests for more physical copies, and rest assured, our team is working very hard to get more out for you! Thank you so much for all the love, and I hope my songs help carry you through whatever struggles you may have. - Taizi Dianxia)

In the meantime, you can find Taizi Dianxia’s album on all streaming sites listed below…

Body found outside of Heavenly Records

(IMAGE: Police officers looking over a body, caution tape holding the photographer back.)

The police received reports of a dead body outside of Heavenly Records late last night from the night security of the aforementioned building.

Head Detective Pei Ming reassures the public to not be alarmed, and that it was not likely to be a premeditated murder. “Most likely a hit-and-run. We have the CCTV footage, and will get to the bottom of this for the sake of the victim’s family.”

The deceased was identified to be 42 year old Meng Yong, one of the drivers for Heavenly Records.

(IMAGE: An older looking gentleman beaming from inside a limousine.)

CEO Jun Wu expresses his sympathy for the driver as he “was a loyal and valuable asset to the Heavenly Records community. He will be greatly missed.”

If anyone has any information on what happened, feel free to contact your local precinct…

FIRST INTERVIEW - Taizi Dianxia has been confirmed to appear on the Words in the Wind! Host Shi Qingxuan is ecstatic to be able to get to know our newest idol!

Notes:

Don’t worry, the whole fic won’t be like this :)) Just setting stuff up. We’ll be shifting POV a lot in this fic, just fyi. I’m not gonna promise an update schedule, this won’t be updating as quickly as paper flowers did but I do hope you’ll join me on this ride!

I kinda made up Xie Lian’s parent’s names because they go unnamed in the novel like sakjdfhalksdjf but fine lol I named the mom after Patience and the dad after Strength because I lack name creativity hahaha

As usual, feel free to speculate things in the comments and we’ll see how this goes :) There are some things I’m doing deliberately in this intro sequence that will be a running theme in this whole thing.

Next Chapter Preview:

“That is Xie Lian! It is, Xie Lian, right?!” Feng Xin pointed at the screen.

Mu Qing frowned as he rewound the footage from the start.

It…it had to be Xie Lian. Even with the butterfly mask on his face, there was no hiding the way he repeatedly laced and unlaced his fingers while listening to the question. The way he played with the ends of his hair when telling a funny anecdote. The way he sat back straight with his ankles crossed.

And that smile. The large grin, with his head tilted slightly to the side, shoulders slightly raised.

That has to be their Xie Lian.
