Y/N was walking home from school when he saw his dad on the porch smoking with a bottle of alcohol next to him. He sighed and kept walking closer to his house.
His father then started shouting, "Hey! What took you so long! I said that dinner must be ready when I came home."
"I-I had to stay at s-school afterwards to finish m-my test." Y/N stuttered, scared of what was gonna happen to him.
He then grabbed Y/N by his hair and dragged him inside, slamming the door. Y/N lived with his father and his father's girlfriend. His dad always said that Y/N's mom's death was his fault. After her death, he became an alcoholic and his smoking increased. He then started to beat and abuse Y/N when he was drunk. But as time passed he beat his son daily whether he was drunk or not. His father then got a girlfriend and she liked to use Y/N as a slave. Y/N saw his father getting a girlfriend as good because otherwise he would treat him as a sex toy. He used to rape Y/N and used him to pleasure himself.
His father then threw him to the ground and kicked him, saying, "Dumb useless bastard."
"Oh stop it Harold. How is he supposed to cook when you’re kicking him." His father's girlfriend, Sabrina said. She helped Y/N up and brushed off his shoulders and then preceded to push him towards the kitchen. Sabrina liked to act nice to Y/N only to just use him for herself.
Y/N walked into the kitchen with one arm holding his ribs. He then started the stove and washed his hands, setting the paper towels next to the stove. He got a pot and put some water in it when his dad yelled at him to bring him a beer. He hurried to the fridge only to notice that they had run out of beer. He ran to the basement to get a new pack. His father then started screaming something about a fire. Y/N ran upstairs with the pack of beer and saw that the kitchen was set ablaze. His father stormed towards him and told him to grab the fire extinguisher. Y/N ran back downstairs and saw two things. The fire extinguisher to the left and a gas jug to her right. He looked at his ribs and felt anger boil up inside of himself. Grabbing the gas can, he started to pour some out. He went back up stairs and his dad saw him. He asked him what he was doing but before he could finish his sentence Y/N threw the gas can into his father. He fell into the flames screaming. Y/N saw the roof above the door about to collapse, and before it could he hightailed it out of the burning house.
Sabrina was looking out the window, banging and screaming for help. Y/N wanted to feel sorry for them, but he couldn't. Not after all that he was put through. He then ran down the street as the firetruck alarms were coming closer. He kept running till his small legs made him collapse. Tired, hurt, and angry, he fell asleep under a bridge.
