WARNING: I take extreme liberties, fuck canon this is fanon, don't like, don't read
To be fair to Tim, it was entirely his fault.
Not only did he not get blackmailed into this, but he'd actively made the decision to make a TikTok account as his own alter ego using his civilian phone and civilian identity. It would take a miracle for “Red Robin revealed to be Tim Drake” not to be trending on every possible social media platform at the end of the week.
Thankfully, there was a miracle, and the miracle's name was Barbara Gordon.
Barbara didn't expect a single one of these lunatics to actually be half decent at keeping their civilian and vigilante identity separate. One of the first things she had done after gaining full access to everything, and she means everything, was to set up an automatic ping if one of their civilian identities mentioned their vigilante one and viscera. And then repeat for all other miscellaneous identities, that she had neither the time nor the money to remember when she had a perfectly good computer to do it for her.
It was a good thing too, otherwise Tim might have gotten away with it, and she wouldn't have had time to get the popcorn before the fireworks began. As it was, she had already altered the number connected to the account, then she'd made it, so all uploads would be sent to her for approval before posting. Before finally relocating the account to Eastern Luxembourg. There was no reason for her to chose Luxembourg, other than the fact she thought it would annoy someone, somewhere. She had also taken the liberty to subtly make sure that anything posted (after approval) on Tim's new account would quickly make its way onto every Gothamite, and Gothamite adjacent, For You Page. Because she was such a nice person and there was no way that this didn't end in Tim embarrassing himself.
Barbara had also changed the username. @R3dr0b!n was just painful to read, @Red.Robin was a much nicer name and ensured absolutely no confusion of who's bright idea this was.

A video needed to be approved.
Quickly opening the file titled “ ” (untitled), skimming over the tags (none), her eyes landed on the darkened opening shot. Bracing for impact, she clicked play. Then she clicked play again. She edited the tags.
The video was uploaded at 17:06 on a random Thursday night.
Okay, so maybe this whole thing was also slightly her fault, but no one had to know that.
