Chapter Text

Dick expected a lot of things when he went out as Nightwing. What he didn’t expect to see was his sort of step-sister, grinding against a newly familiar (mostly) spandex clad body.

Spider-Man was new to the hero scene but so far the Bats had been very impressed with his work. This though… this was unacceptable.

Nightwing paused his flying and stopped on a roof, far enough away from the duo that he wasn’t noticed. Not that distance would have mattered, what with how occupied the two were.

No, this wasn’t okay. Felicia had a boyfriend! An extremely kind and loving boyfriend who she seemed entirely infatuated with. So, why exactly was she getting down and dirty with some rando vigilante?

“What are you doing?” A voice whispered from just over his shoulder, startling him enough that he nearly lost his balance and tumbled off the roof.

Turning to level Red Robin with a glare, he quickly shushed the teen. “Look!” He hissed, pointing to where the masked man had their sister pressed against a wall.

“Is that-“ Tim sputtered, face turning red.

“BC cheating on poor Pete? Yes it is.” Dick huffed, crossing his arms.

Tim blanched, eyes darting over to the couple before he paled a few shades “I don’t want to see that, Wing! Why are you watching?”

“I- I’m not watching them!” Dick squawked, waving his hands wildly.

“Sure looked like it.” Tim shrugged, face still twisting with disgust.

“I was collecting data!” Dick defended himself, earning an unimpressed glare from Tim. He sighed, darting one last glance at the intertwined couple. “Let’s just go.”

A few days later…

“So, Peter… What do you think of Spider-Man? Interesting guy, huh?”

“Eh. He’s a bit of a loser but I guess he’s okay. Not as impressive as some of the other heroes. I  knew him back in New York, actually.”

“O-oh!”
