SCP-████-A/B — “The Ciphered Anchor”

Object Class: Thaumiel/Keter
Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-████-A (Bill) and SCP-████-B (Dipper) are to be contained together in a Class-IV Residential Suite at Site-43. The suite is customized to resemble a standard living space, including shared sleeping arrangements, recreational access, and personal effects.

Under no circumstances are SCP-████-A and SCP-████-B to be separated for more than 60 seconds. In the event of separation, reunification must occur immediately. If direct reunification is impossible, live audio transmission of SCP-████-B’s voice may delay destabilization for up to 30 additional seconds.

Interaction with both SCPs is restricted to Level 3 clearance or higher. Personnel must not interfere in their personal relationship. SCP-████-A consistently refers to SCP-████-B by the nickname “PineTree.” Staff are advised not to mock or replicate this name.

Description

SCP-████-A (Bill Cipher): A former interdimensional entity, now inhabiting a permanent human form while retaining a significant fraction of his anomalous power (reality bending, higher-dimensional perception, and localized causality manipulation). Despite appearing as a 19-year-old human male, SCP-████-A’s physiology does not age.

SCP-████-B (Dipper Pines): A human male fixed at age 19, possessing enhanced intellect, precognition, and anomalous resistance to higher-order entities. Subject was granted agelessness by SCP-████-A for reasons of stability and comfort.

Both subjects exhibit a deep romantic bond. This connection functions as a stabilizing anchor for SCP-████-A, preventing dimensional instability, breakdown events, or hostile reality incursions. Foundation analysts classify this bond as a containment-positive phenomenon.

Discovery Log

Initial containment occurred after a cascade event in the forests of ███████, Oregon. Civilians reported a “second Weirdmageddon,” including spontaneous fractal storms, gravity inversions, and symbolic burn-scars manifesting across terrain. Foundation response teams deployed under cover of a seismic event investigation.

SCP-████-A was discovered in human form, actively distorting reality in wide-area pulses, oscillating between coherent humanoid presence and unstable geometric projection. SCP-████-B was found attempting to calm SCP-████-A, speaking directly to him, addressing him as “Bill,” and physically grounding him through touch.

Upon proximity, all environmental anomalies collapsed into stability within ~90 seconds.

Agent transcript notes confirm SCP-████-A visibly relaxed when SCP-████-B clasped his hand, addressing him with the term “PineTree.” Foundation containment was achieved only after personnel allowed SCP-████-B to remain beside SCP-████-A. Attempts at separating them during transfer triggered mass destabilization.

Both were relocated to Site-43 with minimal resistance, provided their bond was preserved.

Housing Situation

SCP-████-A and SCP-████-B cohabit their Class-IV suite. Key housing notes include:

A shared bed; co-sleeping is mandatory for SCP-████-A’s stability.

SCP-████-A demonstrates extreme clinginess and prefers continuous physical contact (hand-holding, cuddling, resting against SCP-████-B).

Mild displays of affection (light kissing, embrace, making out in limited contexts) are tolerated by Foundation staff, as they correlate with reduced anomalous activity.

SCP-████-B mediates SCP-████-A’s volatility, serving as both romantic partner and containment anchor.

Both exhibit psychological wellbeing when given autonomy and treated respectfully by staff.

Containment Analysis

Stability Window Without SCP-████-B: <60 seconds.

Fallback Audio Mitigation: +30 seconds maximum.

Event Threshold if Anchor is Removed: Apollyon-class cascade.

Containment Priority: Maintain SCP-████-B’s trust and preserve the relationship dynamic.

Addendum ████-I: Foundation Personnel Briefing Sheet

Clearance Level: 3+
Distribution: Required reading for all Site-43 staff assigned to SCP-████-A/B.

Overview

Subjects: SCP-████-A (“Bill”), SCP-████-B (“Dipper”).

Class: Thaumiel/Keter.

Containment Principle: Preserve the bond.

Critical Facts

SCP-████-A is a former interdimensional entity of catastrophic power.

SCP-████-B is his sole emotional anchor; separation beyond 60 seconds risks global catastrophe.

Both subjects are biologically ageless (fixed at 19 years old).

Their relationship is romantic and containment-positive. Do not interfere.

Housing Notes

Both are housed in a Class-IV Residential Suite (Site-43).

They share a bed. Physical closeness (cuddling, kissing, co-sleeping) reduces destabilization.

Bill displays clinginess; Dipper mediates effectively.

Do’s

Allow them access to comfort items and personal autonomy.

Permit affectionate contact.

Notify immediately if separation occurs (protocol is instant reunification).

Respect SCP-████-A’s use of the nickname “PineTree” for SCP-████-B.

Don’ts

Do not attempt to separate them except under direct O5 or Director Mercer’s orders.

Do not frame Dipper as a prisoner — treat him as cooperative staff-class personnel.

Do not test SCP-████-A’s destabilization thresholds unnecessarily.

In Event of Separation

Time Limit: 60 seconds.

Response: Immediate return of Dipper to Bill.

Fallback: Audio transmission of Dipper’s voice may extend tolerance window slightly (<30 seconds additional).

Director Mercer’s Summary

“If you forget everything else, remember this: Bill is only contained because of PineTree. Keep them together, keep them safe, and the world keeps turning.”

Notes:

i tried to make it scp file like but maintain the need for emotion in containment so what ya think
