A party you’re not gonna wanna miss, held at the station’s firehouse on the spookiest night of the year, and maybe the perfect occasion for some meddling friends to get two idiots to finally kiss each other?

(or: a buddie halloween smau)

Notes:

Here's a Halloween fic/social media AU I originally shared about a year ago on twitter, and I am so excited to finally bring it here and give it a more permanent home.
Have a good Halloween everyone!!
A few disclaimers just in case:
• This work uses a custom work skin, it could clash with any site skins you might be using, so if you don't wanna change your ao3 site skin or any other settings you would have to open this in some sort of private browser. It is my personal headcanon that some of these characters would be using light mode on their phone, but for the sake of comfort and accessibility I decided to make this whole thing dark mode.
• Also, since it's a custom skin, please do not click the "Hide Creator's Style" button or it'll fully break. Sadly, this also means it's not downloadable :(
• The coding for this work should work fine on both pc and mobile, but I'm only human. If you find any big mistakes that make something unreadable feel free to reach out to me with a screenshot and some information about your device on twitter.
• As with any smau, characters probably will be slightly ooc—which is like half the fun.
