My Battle Acamaidia: Family

Summary:

After the Kamino Raid, The League of Villains took a massive blow. They may be down but they are not out, however with All for One imprisoned, certain forces are on the move.

Chapter 1: Prologue

Notes:

THIS TAKES PLACE IMEDIATELY AFTER CHAPTER 5 OF ZETA. Unless you recently read it, I would recommend rereading that chapter for context.

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

In Kamino Japan, something grand happened. A battle of good and evil that few people have ever witnessed before. All Might and All for One, two pillars of good and evil. The number one hero vs the number one villain. This era of two giants…

“UNITED STATES OF SMASH!!!”

“ALPHA BRINGER!!!”

Was coming to an end.

However with this end of the two great titans of their morality, it was not the end of Heroes and Villains all together. They had sown many seeds before their loss but for each, two bore the greatest chances of living up to their teachers.

For All Might, there was Mirio Togata, a third year of UA High School and a hero with the name “Lemillion” out of his desire to save a million people. The youth saved people with a bright and blinding smile and was also the holder of All Might’s quirk, One for All. The other was Katsui Bakugou, another blonde, this one a first year. He always had a promising start as a hero, however constantly being told this made his actions more villainous instead and caused his closest childhood friend to turn to attempted suicide, and then villainy. Since then, he has been filled with regret and trains to hopefully apologize and bring her home.

As of now, the former is currently being rushed to a hospital bed alongside many heroes from the battle that brought an end to his teacher, and the latter is alone, reflecting on his failed attempt to apologize and on what exactly he is apologizing for, praying for a chance to make this right.

As for the seeds planted by All for One, they could be found a short distance away in an unmarked warehouse.

“LET ME GO! I HAVE TO GO TO HIM! I HAVE TO SAVE HIM!”

A young woman in a maid outfit with her green hair pulled into a bun struggled as she was held in the air by a brunette, also in a maid outfit. While one might think that this was an immense show of strength from the brunette, especially considering that the greenette weighed a lot more than she looked while also wearing armor, it was actually one of her quirks, Zero Gravity, which gave her the ability to remove the gravity of someone/thing she has touched. This was Ochako Uraraka, better known to the public as Ocharaka Gamma, member of the Pleiades Battle Maids, an elite squad in the League of Villains and in her arms was the leader of said Pleiades Battle Maid, the daughter of All for One herself, and one of Ochako’s girlfriend’s, Izumi.

“Please Mimi! Calm down!”

Begged a nearby girl in a maid outfit, her blonde hair pulled into a pair of messy buns and her amber eyes filled with concern as she looked at the struggling maid. She didn’t even flinch as the greenette’s flailing arm swung inches from her head, a powerful gust of wind from the muscle strength alone blowing through the warehouse. This was Himiko Toga, another Pleiades under the name Himitoga Beta.

“Ichan…”

Muttered another nearby maid, this one far bustier than the blonde but also more covered up. She had pink hair and her golden eyes also shone with worry towards the greenette. She looked fairly apprehensive, not quite sure what to do. After all, she had never really had people skills before meeting her three girlfriends. This was M31 Delta, or Mei Hatsume, the fourth member of the Pleiades.

“PUT ME DOWN! HE NEEDS ME! I CAN’T LOSE HIM AGAIN!”

She demanded, blowing another gust of wind through the warehouse again, the others in the warehouse staying far clear of the quartet.

“Not until you calm down and promise you won’t go!”

Ochako yelled out to the girl in her arms.

“HE NEEDS ME! I CAN’T ABANDON HIM!”

“You can’t go right now! There are too many heroes!”

“I CAN BEAT THEM! NONE OF THEM CAN STOP ME!”

“I know you can, Izuchan! But you said it yourself, there is only so much you can do without killing!”

The Izumi froze, tears leaking down her face.

“I… I…”

She stuttered and Ochako gently placed her down, returning gravity to the girl. Immediately the greenette spun around, embracing the girl and sobbing into her chest.

“I just got dad back. I don’t want to lose him again.”

“It’s alright.” Ochako soothed as Himiko and Mei joined in the hug. “We’ll get him out, alright? We just need to figure out a plan and rest first, alright?

Meanwhile, watching from a distance was a group of men. One wore a simple trench coat and a pair of gloves. The most notable features of this man was the mask he wore, one of white and black, imitating a face, as well as the top-hat he wore. This was Mr. Compress, one of the members of The League of Villains. Next to him with his arms crossed was his senior in The League, a man named Tesla. Tesla was a tall man who wore a dark combat vest and a pair of cargo shorts tucked into combat boots. His most notable feature of his villain costume was usually the skull mask/helmet that he wore. He had been with The League since the USJ, having jammed all communications from inside the building.

“I must say, that was quite the frightful show of strength. I knew Alpha was strong but I had no idea that Gamma was strong enough to hold her back like that.”

Mr. Compress stated.

“That’s because she’s not.”

Tesla grunted and Compress turned to him.

“I beg your pardon?”

“Don’t get me wrong, Gamma’s strong and could easily beat both of us, but Alpha was holding back.” Tesla explained. “If she wanted to, she could break free in an instant but doing so would probably hurt Gamma or one of the others near her. You saw how Beta didn’t even flinch. That’s because all of them know that no matter what, Alpha wouldn’t hurt any of them. Beta, Gamma, and Delta have nothing to fear from Alpha.”

“What an astounding romance.” Compress whistled. “One can only hope to achieve love like that one day.”

“Yeah.” Tesla glanced at the magician, thankful for his mask. “One can only hope.”

A pair of large figures dragged futons towards another small group within the warehouse.

The first was a behemoth of a figure. He had mint green skin, several arms, each tipped with a tool of sorts (currently hammers to better grip the futons), and wore a helmet with a red visor and a metal gag in his mouth which was secretly a rebreather that Delta had made. The helmet exposed his brain to everyone as well, creating the appearance of a monster. This was the Nomu who had been affectionately named Hanma by his mistress, Izumi Alpha.

Speaking of Delta’s inventions, the other large figure next to Hanma was far skinnier, looking like a dark skeleton wearing a gorget with pauldrons and a torn cape. He had a helmet with tusks like a mammoth jutting out and his heavy boots thudded on the ground. In one hand was a tower shield, almost as large as the skeletal giant and on his hip was sheathed a wicked looking curved sword. This was Death Knight, the strongest of M31 Delta’s defense robots, the other far smaller skeletons known as the Old Guarders, currently awaiting repair in another section of the warehouse.

As they deposited the futons in front of a group, a fifth maid looked at the nearby lizardman butler.

“Help me move them.”

She said in a monotone voice. She had dark hair and cerulean eyes. She was currently wearing a brown/maroon Japanese style maid outfit, sewn by Beta herself to make it sturdier than usual. She also had a frilly white waist apron which matched the frilly ends coming out of the openings and around the collar. She also wore stockings which were visible with the shorter dress she wore. She moved a young boy to a cot. This was Yudai Zeta, the newest member of the Pleiades Battle Maids, and recent deserter of U.A. High School. She was better known to the world as Yui Kodai.

The lizardman nodded and moved a larger maid onto a cot. He wore a pair of cuff-links, forearm armor, and a bullet proof vest, complete with a white undershirt and a tie that made him look like a butler. This was Spinner, one of the Battle Butlers of The League. Yui thought the outfit made him really handsome. The one he was helping was Magne, a red haired trans woman currently dressed in a simple maid uniform of her own.

The boy Yui moved wore a completely black school uniform and had mousy brown hair. Next to him lay old gas mask from a past war close to him. This was Mustard, the youngest member of The League of Villains. Hamna let out a rumble as he sat next to the young boy, gazing down at him, worry in his monstrous eyes. Hanma couldn’t speak but Yui knew him long enough to know that he was just as complex as some of their other members. Izumi Alpha and Mustard being the ones he cared about the most.

The final patient, Dabi, was soon moved too. He was a young man in a trench coat with a good portion of his body covered in scar tissue, attached to healthy skin via staples and stitches. Yui decided to focus on the boy and held her hands over him, a glow starting to appear as she activated one of her gifted quirks, Cell Activation. According to Alpha, it was a copy of another quirk that was from someone at another one of their bases. It allowed her to heal her new friends which was something she was thankful for.

Yui stared at Mustard as she healed him, thinking over everything that happened recently. She just joined the Pleaides and The League, yet the very first battle she was a part of, they had to retreat. They lost the person who could create Pleiades, for what? What did they get from this? She tried to remember what Vlad King-sensei said about finding positives out a bad situation.

All Might was defeated but was that a good thing? If anything, it would throw things into chaos. In theory, Alpha could replace him, but not when there were still so many heroes and police against them like this. Now they lost a base and the person who made Pleiades, and Endeavor was back in the field with more of the Top 10 taking an active role.

Yui wanted to help people like her. People who had others speak for them. People who were treated like they had no future, just because they were different. But could she do that now? The Pleiades were still the best chance. They were still the ones who actually did something. She wouldn’t even hesitate to stay with them. But after that, could they still do it?

“It will be okay.”

Yui jolted out of her thoughts to see Spinner looking at her, offering a rather cute smile.

“You looked worried, but trust in Alpha and Shigaraki-sama. All for One may have been our benefactor but it was those two who have been running the show ever since the USJ. Thanks to them, dozens of false heroes have been brought to justice and numerous discriminatory business have been forced to change or close down. They have accomplished a lot and I am proud to say that I helped make this change. No matter what happens, I trust them to lead us true. I’m sure you can trust them as well.”

Yui stared at the lizardman’s kind smile, full of sincerity and optimism. She smiled back.

“Mmm.”

A pale haired young man walked through the warehouse and back towards the center area. This was Tomura Shigaraki, the adoptive son of All for One and his heir, as well as the leader of The League of Villains, and the adoptive older brother of Izumi Alpha. Next to him walked a man who’s body seemed to be made of a black cloud/fog/mist, dressed in a bartender outfit. This was Oboro Shirakumo, better known to everyone else aside from him, Izumi, Beta, and Delta, as Kurogiri. With them as well was a man in a black padded bodysuit with grey markings. This was Twice, the clone user of The League and one of their early members, post Hosu.

“Are you sure you are okay, Tomura?”

The mist man asked and the pale haired boy waved it off.

“Kurogiri, you have no room to be worrying about others after taking a hyperspeed kick to your face or throat or whatever is right there.”

He said, gesturing to the metal plate on the man. Twice looked at him closely.

“Where does your face begin and neck end? Don’t tell me!

“I… I’m not overly sure. I learned to hold a human shape but didn’t see the need to figure out more than that. I’m not even sure if I can.”

“Hmm.” Tomura hummed, looking at his adoptive uncle. “We may have to look into that later. But are you feeling okay from that?”

The mist man nodded.

“Nomu in general typically heal faster and a significant amount of time has passed since I was knocked unconscious. I will be fine.”

“Good.” Tomura nodded. “We need you in top shape for when we get our revenge.”

“Revenge?”

Twice asked, glancing at Oboro in confusion before turning back to Tomura. Tomura grinned at them.

“Of course. Do you really think we’d take this lying down? Trust me, one of the first plans Alpha will create is one to show the heroes that they didn’t beat us and to get the few things we left behind tonight.”

He said, flexing his hand. Suddenly a familiar sound came from nearby, back where Izumi was. Kurogiri turned to him.

“Tomura, was that?”

“Yeah. That was Sensei’s teleportation. Did he escape?”

Tomura wondered as he started to dash to that area he heard the sound come from. As he rounded the corner, he saw a woman he didn’t recognized, somewhat overweight, green hair, and short, she stood in the middle of the cleared area. He heard Twice draw his razor measuring tape as others arrived quickly, prepared for battle. None of that though was enough to draw his attention away from the anger on his little sister’s face.

“You.”

Izumi focused on breathing as she hugged the soft body of Ochako, the girl’s hand rubbing her back. She felt Himiko’s slender frame on her side, the girl nuzzling into her while on her other side, the pillowy form of Mei’s body hugged her, the girl’s arms squeezing them, letting Izumi know that she wasn’t going anywhere.

She was incredibly lucky to have those three.

While it was embarrassing that she lost her composure like she did, she just had to remember what Oboro said, that these feelings were natural. She hadn’t felt this bad since Oboro and Tomura had helped her come to terms with how she had been treated by the people in her life.

This was different though. It was her fault this time. Yes her father had told her to go, and yes she thought he could handle it, but she still could have done something. She could easily have dashed in, grabbed him, and ran if fighting the other heroes had been a problem. Heck, the more she thought about it, the more she came up with a plan on how to beat every hero there and in what order. Then again, would she have been able to think like that then? When she saw her father fight against All Might, the man who almost killed him last time would she have been able to keep a cool head?

It didn’t matter in the end. Her father was gone. Taken to some prison that she would have to search for later. There was no changing that now, but they could prepare for the future better so it wouldn’t happen again. She had to prepare so she wouldn’t lose anyone else.

Like the three girls she loved around her.

Izumi took a deep breath and let it out slowly before straightening up, admittedly reluctant to let go of them.

“Thank you.” She said as Mei handed her a somewhat clean cloth for Izumi to wipe the rest of her tears with. “I didn’t mean to break down in front of everyone like that.”

“It’s alright Izuchan.” Ochako said with that bright smile that Izumi loved so much. “We understand.”

“Yeah Mimi. You were worried about your dad. It would probably be the same if I saw Dad get taken away.”

Himiko said, referencing Oboro with Mei nodding in agreement. Izumi took another deep breath and straightened out her uniform, trying to look proper like a maid should.

“We’ll get him back, but currently we have more pressing matters on our hands. First we need to meet up with Shigaraki-sama and discuss-“

Izumi was interrupted as the sound of her father’s teleportation filled the room. Her heart leapt into her throat. Had he actually escaped? Did she not have to worry about him after all?

Her heart froze as her eyes went wide.

In front of her wasn’t her father, but a woman with green eyes and hair. She had lost some weight but no matter how much she lost, Izumi would always recognize her.

I’m sorry.”

Izumi’s veins iced over as she ran through explanation after explanation as to why it wasn’t her mother in front of her, but none stuck. There was no denying that her mother was standing right in front of her. The woman who ignored her suffering just to keep up the status quo. The woman who should have supported her like a mother does their child, but instead only apologized and tried to get her to give up. The woman she ran away from and refused to contact because she was finally able to be happy for once in her life.

She was idly aware of her fists clenching as Tomura, Kurogiri, and Twice entered the room, Twice immediately drawing his razor tape. She was aware of Tesla and Compress, whom were already in the area, tense as well, Tesla’s arm crackling with electricity. She was aware of Spinner and Zeta rushing into the room, Spinner drawing a katana while bees defensively swarmed around Zeta, ready to attack. It pleased her that her fellow villains were immediately ready for battle to defend each other right after such a large battle, but right now, the sight of the woman in front of her made everything else seem dull.

“You.”

She uttered drawing her mother’s attention.

“I-Izumi? Is that you?”

“No. No. No. Why are you here? Why did father send you?”

The woman’s eyes teared up.

“Izumi! My baby!”

Inko cried and ran to Izumi, arms outstretched. To Izumi though, it was as if the woman was in slow motion. The first thing she did when she showed up was call her “her baby”? No “I’m sorry” no “are you okay?” Just go back to trying to smother her? Her mother probably would try to get her to give this up too. She had just lost her father. She wasn’t ready for this so soon.

Using her enhanced speed, Izumi quickly moved to the side and a good distance away from her, leaving a gust of wind in her wake.

“Stay away from me.” She demanded. “Why are you here?

Izumi focused on the woman but was still idly aware of The League members slowly lowering their guard, though Tesla and Oboro still looked prepared to rush in, a shadow further in the warehouse preparing to do the same. She was also relieved that Himiko, Ochako, and Mei seemed ready to jump in at any time, Mei’s leg muscles having increased, Ochako’s fingers showing the tale tell twitch of her getting ready to release quirks, and Himiko looking a lot like an agitated cat. Inko turned to look at Izumi, desperation in the woman’s eyes.

“Izumi. What’s wrong? I’m here to bring you home.”

Inko asked, tears in her eyes. Izumi steeled herself, memories of her mother crying still fresh in her mind, but she wouldn’t let them sway her. She couldn’t let herself be trapped by that woman ever again.

“I am home. The League is more of my home than that apartment ever was.”

Izumi said, as confidently as she could muster.

“Izumi, please, I don’t know what’s going on or what your father was trying to do but it’s time to come back.”

“No. I have friends here, family. I won’t go back to that… to that… to that PRISON, just because you want me to go back to being your weak quirkless little girl.”

“Izumi, I don’t know what they told you but this isn’t you! Please!”

Izumi crossed her arms and closed her eyes in frustration, her words practically going into one ear and out the other with the woman she called a mother. She sighed.

“I don’t know what Father was thinking, sending you here but just… I just cannot deal with you right now. There is too much to do without you trying to drag me back. Kurogiri. Please get rid of her.”

She ordered, looking at the man she viewed as an uncle. Kurogiri glanced at her and nodded before starting to swirl his portal.

“Belay that.”

Tomura interrupted, holding out his hand, causing Oboro to stop. Izumi looked over at him in surprise.

“Shigaraki-sama?”

“You said it yourself, Sensei sent her for a reason. We need to figure out that reason before making any decisions.”

Izumi closed her eyes for a second, trying to make sense as to why he would keep Inko here. He knew just what had gone on her in past. Why would he not send her away? It didn’t make sense, but as much as she would love to contradict him right now, they had to provide a united front, and as his maid, his decision took priority. She was still going to not make Omurice for him for at least a month though.

“Very well, Shigaraki-sama. Kurogiri, please find her a space not near anything important and we can plan afterwards.”

Izumi said, hoping that this would be the end of things and she could just sit down and think. That or get smothered by her girlfriends. Actually, the later seemed more appealing at the moment. The League got interrupted in the middle of dinner though, didn’t they? She would probably need to whip something up to tide them over till breakfast.

“Izumi, please, stop this and just come ho-.”

Inko said, interrupting her thoughts and reaching out, only for the nearby shadow to vanish. There was a boom sound as Hanma landed between them, letting out a roar while his chainsaws activated on full blast, causing the woman to fall back with a terrified gasp.

“Hanma, stand down.”

Tomura ordered and Izumi gave a slight smile that she couldn’t quite fight off the smugness from entering as Hanma didn’t budge.

“Don’t worry, Shigaraki-sama. I told that woman not to touch me and she tried anyways. Hanma was just protecting me.”

Izumi replied. Hanma let out a grunt and didn’t move, though his chainsaws went idle.

“Now, Kurogiri, please find her a space. Maids and Butlers, this place has had some light cleaning done but we need to make sure rooms are clean and prepared. Everyone else, go through the supplies and see what we have available right now. Meanwhile, I believe you were all interrupted during dinner. I’ll make something quick and bring it around. After that, we can start planning our revenge. Now, let’s get to it.”

Izumi said, clapping her hands and the collective villains made a shout of acknowledgment to move about their tasks before turning one last look to her mother.

“I don’t care why you are here but as soon as this is over, you are going to go home and then I am never going to have to see you again.”

She said coldly before marching off, her girlfriends following after her. As soon as they were out of sight, she slouched over, Ochako immediately latching onto her arm, Mei grasping her hand and Himiko rubbing her back.

“Are you alright?”

Ochako asked and Izumi gave her a weary smile.

“Yes. That just took more out of me than dealing with Kacchan. I’ll be fine once we can cuddle after getting everyone situated.”

“Alright Mimi, but just know that we’re here for you, okay?”

Himiko said, worry clear in her voice Izumi smiled.

“I know. Thank you. I love you, Mechan, Himichan, Chako.”

She said, pulling the three into a hug. Himiko snuggled in their center.

“I love you Mimi, Mitan, and Ochan.”

Ochako giggled as she caressed both Izumi’s and Himiko’s back.

“I love you, Izuchan, Michan, and Hichan.”

Mei was next, her voice muffled as it pressed into the three of their bodies.

“I love you, Ichan, Ocha, ‘nd Himi.”

Izumi smiled as she felt the warmth of the girls she loved flowing through her body. Things may be tough, but with those she loved at her side, Izumi was ready to take on anything life threw at her.

No matter what.

In a room underground, a television showed the famous villain Izumi Alpha, tossing aside heroes as she protected the rest of The League. The girl was strong, brave, and caring. She was amazing. Even if she was a villain, she was inspiring, bringing hope to the downtrodden that one day, things may change.

And in that room, watching the screen, red eyes sparkled.

Notes:

So first things first, welcome back to My Battle Acamaidia. It's been a while.

So a few notes, that total chapter count is going to change. This fic is made of several story arcs and I am still finishing up the Yakuza Arc. However the Prelude to the Yakuza arc just needs some basic editing and it is done so right now 16 chapters is what I am happy releasing without leaving off on any wild cliffhangers. Also, someone will die this story. Not going to say who or when, though I know there will be a lot of speculation. That was the hardest chapter to write and I'm sorry, but it needed to happen.

Anyway, welcome to the Revenge Kamino Arc. This chapter is probably the shortest one in Family but it's to get a good setting of the stage moment.

Refresher on the Quirks:
Izumi Midoriya: Shock Absorption, Hyper Regeneration, Numerous Body Enhancing Quirks
Ochako Uraraka: Zero Gravity, Absorption and Release, Regeneration, Unnamed Body Enhancing Quirk
Himiko Toga: Blood Transform, Wings, Vitality Stealing, Unnamed Body Enhancing Quirk
Mei Hatsume: Zoom, Metal Manipulation, Chart, Muscle Augmentation
Yui Kodai: Size, Queen Bee(just the quirk, not the parasite), Cell Activation

Tesla: Electric Charge - Allows him to harvest and manipulate electrical currents.

Anyway, I hope you are ready for what's to come. Let me know if I forgot any tags and what your favorite part is! I hope you all enjoyed this chapter!
