Summary
During an attack at school, Midoriya gets hit by a quirk that leaves him infatuated with the first person he sees, which just so happens to be Todoroki Shouto. Due to an unfortunate side effect of the quirk, Midoriya breaks out into a horrible fever whenever they’re separated for too long, so Todoroki accepts the responsibility of caring for him until the quirk wears off.
Problem is, Todoroki sort of, kind of, maybe likes Midoriya as more than just a friend, which makes the whole situation just a little awkward for him. -

“Uh- I, um-” Izuku clears his throat. “Wh-what size? Do you want your drink in?”
“Oh,” the man says, and he blinks once, lashes fanning over his cheeks- they’re white, his lashes are white- “Medium.”
“O-okay!” Izuku sputters out, jabbing the order onto the screen. “What’s your name?”
The man pauses. Then he opens his mouth, closes it again, then says, “Shou.”
“Shou,” Izuku mutters, testing it on his tongue. He taps in the name. “If you would please make your way to the left towards the waiting area, we’ll have your drink ready soon!”
“I haven’t paid yet though,” Shou says, and Izuku hears Uraraka muffle her laughter behind him.

Todoroki Shouto is a rising pop celebrity having trouble releasing his most recent album.

“Well,” Shouto says, pouting harder. It’s like he can’t help it. Like he’s back to being fifteen. “Then why isn’t any of the stuff you do for me princess treatment?”
“It’s bare minimum because you’re important,” Katsuki says.
Or: Shouto asks his alpha what counts as princess treatment. The answer makes him pout a little. But what comes after isn't too bad.

Shouto pulls away just barely, just enough to push the collar of his knitted turtleneck down and bare his neck expectantly. “I think I’d like to get mated,” he says. “If it’s with you.”
Katsuki doesn’t process his own actions in any meaningful capacity before he’s pulling Shouto in by the back of his neck and opening his mouth so his canines fit perfectly into the soft curve where Shouto is meant to be—fuck. Where he wants Katsuki to bite him so that it takes, so the nobody else ever gets to have him the way Katsuki will.
Or: They're not even dating, but Ochako filled her new apartment with mistletoe, and Katsuki has always had the bad habit of thinking mine when he looks at Shouto. The lip gloss isn't helping, by the way.
