Summary
Most types of magic don’t hit ghosts the same. Ghosts were once the living, but the living have never been dead before. Cursed objects with the aim to kill don’t have affect on someone who’s already dead, and Danny as both pushes the boundary from both ends.
This doesn’t become relevant until the memory spell passes over the Earth, going unnoticed by Danny until Sam muttered one morning, “I could have sworn Spider-Man’s identity was revealed.”
