Summary
Watching his parents' ex-friend attempt to resurrect a mass-murdering Dark Lord was not how Harry expected the Third Task to go.
He knows he has to think quickly and act quicker if he has any hope of surviving this year's confrontation, so Harry takes a risk. It's a potentially very dumb risk, but Peter is approaching him with a very sharp knife, and Harry knows he is running out of time.
Pro: He puts a stop to the Dark Lord's grand rebirth, and dies heroically as Peter kills him in a grief-fuelled rage.
Con: He doesn't put a stop to it, and dies slightly less heroically at the hand of an insane egomaniac. Said egomaniac goes on to rule the World. Or Britain.
The blade glints in the moonlight and Harry reckons if he's going to die either way; how much harm could a few words really do?

Orochimaru-sama comes to the Academy and asks for the student with the best calligraphy.
“Only the girls learn it,” Iruka-sensei says, and Orochimaru-sama clicks his tongue like he disapproves. “But we have several capable young kunoichi.”
Sakura has the highest marks in calligraphy, higher even than Ino-chan. She has good marks in their painting class, too, and any class that involves holding a pencil. She tells Orochimaru-sama this proudly.
“How wonderful,” he says, and she’s giddy with praise from the legendary war hero.
He wants to see her write, so she does. They go to Iruka-sensei’s desk and both her teacher and Orochimaru-sama watch her. Orochimaru-sama asks her to write smaller and smaller. She does. He praises her.
“Yes,” he says, “I think you’ll do.”

Have you ever imagined being "isekai-ed" before? As in; transported to another world? Well, not her. She was kinda too old to fantasize about that kind of shite. She was still, however, thrown (like garbage) into the world of Naruto... whilst transmigrated into the body of her game character, which, FYI, is the opposite gender and more than a little crazy in the head.

The other is sobbing hysterically at the memory of hands that took and took until there wasn’t anything left to take.

She feels disconnected from the world she's awaken in, where children are being taught to kill and she's living in the same house the boy saw his family be slaughtered in and no one seems to care.
Being reborn isn't fun.
Being reborn as Uchiha Sasuke is a mess and a half.

Summary
As a final stand in a war they never stood a chance of winning, Uzumaki Naruto chooses to use a forbidden blood seal to rip through the fabric of space and time itself rather than admit defeat. He has never been good at accepting his fate, and if bending reality with his own two hands is what it takes, then that’s just what Naruto will do.
The rest of the world is just going to have to suck it up and deal with it.

“A time travel seal,” Naruto confirms, grinning with a mouth full of teeth, eyes manic.
Sasuke sighs, immediately giving up on trying to make sense of anything that comes out of Naruto’s mouth. “Of-fucking-course.”

It was calculating. The long-game personified.
