Absolutely binged this fic and I honestly loved it even though I don’t really know Soren as a character. Only ever played from Awakenkng onward- but the way you’ve written the story and portrayed the interactions with all the emblems is incredible!
Also love how the dlc emblems get emotional when seeing loved ones they didn’t know were emblems being corrupted. The rewrite for chapter 10 is also super well done! The dlc emblems getting grabbed to and having all the emblems also react to watching each other slowly fall. I’m shocked the game itself didn’t do that and only really showed Alear’s reaction really-
Rip Soren this chapter to 😭 man warned them this was a bad idea then gets grabbed himself in the end not being able to save himself or the others. If this ever continue this, curious to know who the pov we’d follow would be now. Also, Soren being relived he wouldn’t have to fight a corrupted Ike but now Ike having to do just that to save Soren if this continued 😭
Ok! Enough rambling, bottom line, really loved the fic ^^ if this ever continues one day. I’ll definitely come back to re-read it again and continue forward with it 💙
