I've never really thought about it before but... yeah chapter 10/11 might be my favourite chapter in Engage. Up to that point, the game was fun but it was the typical fire emblem plot y'know?
Then that cinematic cutscene happened and I fell in love!
Maybe it was the Veyle reveal (she'd been suspicious but I didn't think she'd basically be the secondary antagonist) maybe it was the quality of the cutscene itself with that amazing voice acting and music. Maybe it was because they dared to pull a Metroid and take our most powerful weapons from us while we can do nothing but watch in horror and then use said weapons against us in a way that really made me feel utterly helpless! I dunno what it was EXACTLY but I know that this was the turning point for me where this game went from fun to great!
Basically this is my way of saying, "thanks! I'm glad you like my version!" and "hope I can live up to your expectations!"
