To start off, I’ll recommend some DC and DC x MCU crossover fics.
1) Kay, so this is Peter the Pizza Guy by Irisen. https://archiveofourown.org/works/37223179
It’s a MCU x DC Crossover story where Peter, after the snap from Infinity War, gets sucked into the DC universe. After being homeless for a while, Peter becomes a pizza guy to the best chain in Gotham that luckily, if he wears the jacket, it’s so well recognized as a chain that he won’t get attacked.
He still goes and enters a fighting ring for money and stuff because well, it’s Gotham and you need all the money you can get. Oh! And he’s also friends with Jason Todd, and not really friends with the other BatFam characters. Like, at all. Super good, read it all in seven hours. It also got me to start eating pizza like how Dick does it in the story.

2) The next one would be Existential Crisis Mode by LuciaInTheSky, https://archiveofourown.org/works/55345306
It’s a Jason Todd/Peter Parker fic! Peter falls into a portal and lands directly in Jason’s apartment. Jason lets him stay after a wacky first meeting (Peter using web shooters to take and break Jason’s gun,) and after a while Peter becomes a vigilante again, and teams up with Red Hood. The quote of the series is, “He doesn’t know that I know.” Take that as you will. Also, the fan art is adorable, plus there’s a fake relationship between Jason and Peter before they actually start dating. Still not dating yet though. It’s kind of a slow burn.
Ongoingish. It’s a series I think, but on a small break. I didn’t really understand what the author was trying to explain.

it’s a Soulmate AU in Tim Drake’s pov.
Lots of miscommunication, it’s not a romance slow burn, but a secret reveal slow burn. As in Tim never revealed he was soulmates with the rest of the BatFam due to getting wrapped up in the belief that he was unreciprocated. It kinda made me rip my hair out because of the emotion you can feel, and how damn slow Tim was at times XD . It’s good, though! Great even! It updates every Friday. Hey, that’s tomorrow!

4) Whiskey Burns by R3DLEMONADE. Honestly, Red’s stuff is already really good, totally recommend checking his stuff out! But, I have been absorbed into the world where Whiskey will Burn me. It’s a Peter Parker/Jason Todd fic. Peter Parker is Spider-Man and Jason is Red Hood. What’s fun is that they keep running into each other as their civilian identities, and don’t know the other is a vigilante!

This is a vigilante Izuku Midoriya story, though he’s really only a vigilante for a few chapters. It’s a story where he has an owl Quirk. He gets wings and can screech really loudly, and basically does everything a screech owl can do. He gets adopted by Aizawa Shota and Yamada Hizashi. He’s basically brothers with Hawks, and this story is just.. Perfection, in my opinion.
Complete. 38 chapters, 83,141 words. The ships are Kaminari Denki/Midoriya Izuku, Hitoshi Shinso/Todoroki Shoto, and Aizawa Shota/Yamada Hizashi.

6) (How To) Forgive and Forget by Legal_Kidnapping.

Izuku Midoriya befriends and becomes found family with the League Of Villains after getting kidnapped by them. It’s not Stockholm Syndrome, Izuku is just done with the pressures of society and as it turns out, he really resonates with society’s outlaws. It also turns out that the hero kid really has a lot more in common than they thought originally.

7) Lost And Found by Versatility. It is also a LOV and Izuku story where they become found family after Izuku runs away from being a hero and is forgotten by everyone when he does so. He leaves behind clues if anyone wants to find him, but as it turns out, it’s not his friends that finds him, it’s the League of Villains! Found family is an amazing trope in my personal opinion.

8) One Small Dream by Calcium_Cat. Dream Sans reverts back into a baby bones, and now Nightmare Sans and his gang has to take care of him, considering Nightmare is the one to have done that to him in the first place. Super fun read, bittersweet ending. Brotherly bonding between Nightmare Sans and Dream Sans.
Super fun, Error Sans loses a bet with Ink Sans, and is forced to live in DreamTale for a year. He befriends the baby bones there, and might prevent an apocalyptic event that takes place in canon by potentially.. Adopting them? I love Dream’s character in this, he’s chaotic good but also a gremlin without meaning to. Nightmare himself is also relatable, too.
Queerplatonic Ink Sans and Error Sans relationship. Besides that, I don’t think there is any ships.

A fic where Max gets adopted by David after his parents abandoned him during his time at a summer camp. I don’t want to spoil too much, but this story was so good! It’s definitely what Max deserves after dealing with abusive and neglecting parents. It also shows trauma in kids pretty well. I’m kind of sad I read it because now I wish I could reread it for the first time again. David is so patient with Max, despite Max not trusting him, plus, it really shows a lot of sides to their characters, and the adoption process itself is pretty accurate? I’m not sure how it works.
Complete, twenty chapters. 102,957 words. No ships.. Maybe? I can’t remember if David got with someone or if it was just a date. Either way, ships are definitely not the main focus of this story and the date was at the end of the story, like the last few chapters of the story.

14) zzzSleepyCatzzz’s stuff is amazing, too. This is also a Dabi/Hawks story from MHA. The go out on a date! It’s very adorably fluffy, and takes place after the war, I think? I’m not exactly sure where it is on the timeline, but Dabi is alive and Hawks is okay, and that’s all that matters to me.

Izuku is not happy with these newfound events, though.
