    I also based him betting heavy of techonlogical advance due to his portrait in the palace, which does show him in front of cogwheels and factories. That was a massive canon hint how much he is about technological progress, but due to his personality, it sadly is uncontrolled progress, which actually is bad (and we did see the effects of this in several episodes).

    Wow, publishing this on ff.net at the same time, I get really annoyed by the spam-bots there. They are even creeping into the reviews over there now.

      Like I said technologically based progress without balance is a bad thing.
