    I’m really liking this story so far! I really love the characterization you’re giving to Zuko and Mai’s fledgling relationship in ways we don’t see in the canon series. I will be following this series with great interest.

    Also, I’m amused at your profile picture of the German flag meshed with the Empire insignia. Reminds me of that time a German Navy warship blared “Imperial March” as it sailed down the River Thames. Lol.

      Thanks, and since you wrote this one the first chapter, it means you still have the remaining ones to go through.

      Ah yes, my profile pic is the result me me joining a Star Wars board over 20 years ago (way before Disney destroyed the franchise). It stuck with me ever since (though this specific one is a new version I made since the original is terribly low-res).
