    Fucking vanilla. You know, the supposed boring/plain flavor that is in fact the second most expensive spice in the world due to how ridiculously delicate and demanding it is to grow and harvest - the result of an orchid flower that blooms for a single day, has to be pollinated by hand because it otherwise relies on a specific orchid bee and requires months of further specialized treatment even if beans result from the pollination. The entire process can take a year and go wrong at any stage, reliant on so many little factors (like Barry's original accident that Eobard tried to undo once). Easily imitated, but the real thing has a more complex, individualized flavor profile. And goes well with every fruit and berry.
