Summary
Post DoM but before AoE, Samuel James Witwicky is sent to the past slightly before he was first dragged into the Autobot and Decepticon fight on earth. He has chosen to sacrifice the future that once was to change it in hope that he would be able to prevent the eventual end of the Cybertronian race.
A (partial?) retake of Bayverse's canon with a time travel twist and some other weirdness.

And so two parallel dimensions got mixed up with each other at some point. This bounces off of the first chapter "Reversing Time for a New Future" and ends here in the dimension where TP takes place.
Sam met one of his brothers that knew of his dilemma on this dimension's Cybertron. That he, Sam, was also a soldier in this war. No, he wasn’t just a soldier; he was a brother and a Prime. Just not in this universe, not to this Optimus or his team.
One of the original Primes told him a story of how two parallel dimensions caused harm to each other. But Sam would never get to meet the ones he called family if this did not happen.

Yes, if only these parallel worlds never mixed and the spark of each “Optimus” was sent to their proper dimension, the war on Cybertron wouldn’t have started. But Sam, if the war did not start, would have never met the Autobots. He wouldn’t have met his brother.Series
