Summary
Derek never expected to take an omega, and Stiles never would have pegged himself for someone who'd want to undergo a traditional relationship with an alpha mate- yet here they are, putting themselves and their relationship through a centuries old tradition that neither one of them ever put stock in.
They just might come out the other side as the best version of themselves they can be, but in the meantime, they've both still got a lot to learn.

Summary
There are a number of magical races, and one caveat- only magic users can carry a the child of a magical race to term. Since almost all magic users are omegas, that significantly narrows the road to parenthood for a large enough chunk of the population that a system had to be found.
After they've hit sexual maturity, omegas can be summoned at any time, and must provide breeding services at least twice. There's a lot of hype about it for young, horny omegas- but hype when you're young is one thing, and reality's something else. Stiles really, really didn't want to be pulled out of his junior year of high school, not when he had plans of making it to college the same year as his friends- but a summons can't be ignored, so it looks like he'll be at least a year behind.
If he had to decide how he feels about that, he's somewhere very solidly between stupidly turned on and scared enough to throw up.

Summary
Peter's too good for him, on paper. When they met, Peter was a child of millionaires with access to a fortune; Chris a mechanic struggling to pay child support he'd rather not have to pay since he'd rather have his daughter full time.

All Allison wanted to do was see how long she could stand to go without a bathroom break, just so she'd know in case of capture. If her body wasn't a traitor, it probably would've just been a normal way to pass a Sunday. Nothing in her life gets to be normal, though, so of course, of /course/ she's absurdly into it- and of course her dad notices, just like he notices everything.

Summary
From the perspective of lycans, the planet Earth is a humanitarian disaster. Their alphas don't control their pheromone output, which means the omegas they're around are essentially kept in a permanently drugged state. A human omega from most communities on Earth has a life of sexual slavery ahead of them, and little hope of ever getting out- but some do. Some live in smaller, closed communities; others leave their world through space travel and manage to escape either by being bought or their own ingenuity at a moment of clarity.
Peter's always been careful not to bring his nephew with him on trips to Earth; he's known his heart couldn't take seeing the place, knowing he can't save them all.
That much is true, but seeing the suffering firsthand, Derek knows there's at least something he can do- he can save one.

Summary
