Summary
Felix was an overworked medical student who hadn't seen his brother in years.
The last thing Felix expected was for his brother to show up one night, claiming that Felix was the only one he trusted to stitch up his very injured gang member.

.
Despite being promoted to gang doctor, Felix has been begging to be allowed on gang missions, to prove himself capable of action.
Unfortunately, getting left behind over and over again begins to take its toll, especially when danger arrives on their very doorstep and the gang is powerless to stop it, leaving it up to Felix to save the day.
Things are only made more complicated by struggling boyfriend and brotherly relationships, and the surprise return of old faces that the gang had wished they'd never see again.
