Summary
Genevieve Wells shows up in Thedas about a year before the formation of the Inquisition with no idea where she is or how she got there. She can only be grateful that even in a medieval fantasy world, everyone still needs to eat.
Alistair Theirin has gone from fighting darkspawn to fighting a wicked case of Imposter Syndrome. When he meets Genevieve in the Inquisition's kitchens, he is enraptured by the magic things she can do with cheese. So enraptured, that he perhaps forgets to mention he is a king.
This story features cheese, Venatori plots, crushes, stupidity, food puns, and descriptions of decadent dishes by a very hungry author.
