Summary
Ace had to wonder what exactly brought him to this point. Sat frozen in front of a circle of peers, he really had no way out, especially not with the camera trained right on him, waiting for him to do something.
How had his life come to this? Really and truly, he had been a good boy. Honestly. Sure he might not follow all the rules to a T, and maybe he could get on people’s nerves from time to time, but could that really be blamed on him? That was just who he was. It’s not like he’s overly antagonistic. Usually. Okay, well maybe looking back this could be at least partially his fault. But really, how was he supposed to know it would come to this?Series

Summary
Epel has a problem. He has a crush on Jack and he does not appreciate it at all. What is he going to do about it? A late-night run-in with a certain hunter finds Epel doing the one thing he thought he would never do, which is talk about his feelings and ask for advice.
So this is technically a ship fic between Epel and Jack, but there's also a heavy focus on Rook and Epel's relationship as the main plot is more Rook giving Epel advice.

Summary
And now? Now Rook had become a wounded animal, hiding away in a cave to lick his scars, still acknowledging the existence of that beast called romance, even admiring its beauty, and daring to dream of a day he no longer hid. But that day would not come. He would watch that frightening beast march around in his heart, and he would hide, unable to broach the idea. Le Chasseure D’amour indeed.
Rook has been scorned in love before, and it makes it hard for him to open up in a real way, even though he has fallen in love again with one Vil Schoenheit.
This one is a direct continuation from the last story "Get This Feeling Away From Me". It isn't necessary to read that before reading this one, but this does make some references to that one. Just provides some context
