Loosely inspired by Yuuei Survival Guide by LowlyWriter. Mostly, that story made me want to write a Ghost Oboro fic, so here we are :)
Izuku was never quirkless; he has a quirk called Ghost.
Quirk Description: Izuku can temporarily turn into a ghost, giving him abilities like invisibility to others, passing through solid matter, floating, and telekinesis. He can use the telekinesis outside of ghost mode as well. This quirk also allows him to see, hear, and touch ghosts as if they were a living person, and ghosts can use their own quirks through him. When someone touches his bare skin, he can turn them into a ghost as well (it just significantly drains his energy).
He may or may not be able to possess living things :)

Bakugo never bullied Izuku, and the two are best friends (they have a brotherly dynamic, I'd say).
Oboro occasionally 'glitches' due to his body having been turned into Kurogiri

Likely will include Izuocha as a ship :)

Quick Notes:
'Holy crap balls' is, for some reason, like Oboro's catch phrase in this AU. He's been saying it practically all his life.
Oboro enjoys messing with Class 1A, and sometimes, Izuku joins him.
For the first little while, nobody knows Izuku can see ghosts.
The class knows there are things about Izuku's quirk they don't know, since Izuku keeps telling them so. He finds it a little fun to mess with them.
