The year is 2976. Aaron Burr is an extraordinary scientist at Leigh Co., one of the top researching companies in current day America. It is currently owned by the near-aristocratic Yamaguchi family, one of few that own and operate (publicly) peacefully in New York. One day, Burr is pulled away from his current work on the company's long-awaited and very costly antidepressant by Mr. Yamaguchi himself (who rarely interacts with company scientists.) Mr. Yamaguchi presents him with something horrifying: a pill and a person.
Burr is given an offer: work on a new (extremely illegal) drug for "the good of the company", or never be seen or heard from again.

“I don’t know.” Lance huffs a small, nervous laugh, fixing his eyes on a wave that’s breaking further out at sea. “Like I’m important, or something.”
Keith seems to still, then, one arm slipping away from around Lance’s neck so his hand can rest on his shoulder. “You don’t think you are?”
Lance chuckles, but it’s a bit too flat to be convincing. “Well,” he starts, forcing himself to look back at Keith. “I’m no prince, that’s for sure.”
Keith meets his gaze for a moment longer, eyes searching as he chews at his lip. Then they fall, and he turns his head away slightly, dark hair hiding his face.
“You are to me,” he says quietly.

Someone has unleashed a horde of good (er-possibly OVER) communication fairies on the MCU. Pepper’s convinced that someone’s dosing Tony’s shot glass with a revolutionary new truth serum (because Sodium Pentothal would only make him babble more than he already does). And Steve doesn’t know what happened but even before the serum people were suddenly talking to him (not that he likes what they’re saying but it’s better than being summarily dismissed).
However the Powers that Be are NOT going to stand for this. If they have to drop an asteroid on Nick Fury’s dog to keep the plot on track THEY WILL DO IT (They’re not sure how the asteroid will help, but gosh-darn, they’re willing)! Whatever it takes, no matter what. Communication will NOT be allowed to get in the way of explosions and action scenes!!!
To keep things vaguely orderly I’m restructuring as a series with each movie being its own story and each chapter is a scene, possibly (if necessary) followed by a TPTB induced course correction.

Part 11: Founding the Junior Avengers (aka SM:H)
Dr. Helen Cho was never a vigilante, she never kept huge secrets from the people closest to her to protect them or because she feared that they wouldn’t support her. Helen Cho was the mother of a teenage genius who frequently believed that he knew better than the adults around him.
When Tony Stark’s search for backup during the Avengers’ Civil War turned up a teenager from Queens, Helen considered how she would have felt had it been her son. To Helen, telling May Parker wasn’t a threat, it was a moral obligation.
Or “Spider-Man: Homecoming” starts with Aunt May in the know.
