“Silith nin”, she whispered, sniffling. “I’m going to get you out of here”. Her tone was determined, yet soft.
Brought together as soulmates, separated by disaster, and reunited by redemption, they eventually live happily ever after.

It was huge and at first he thought of trolls until he realised it was a tree, a huge old spruce, walking towards him. Hal pressed his back against a boulder, willing himself to be invisible. Could trolls look like trees? Old Bilbo’s trolls hadn’t, but who knew what else was out there in the wide world. Why wouldn’t it stay there! Then Hal saw the eyes, meeting his own. They were flecked green and golden and deep. Hal’s racing heart calmed down. They were old and without malice and so so sad.
