Tarsus IV happened in most verse's. Only in this one The Federation didn't arrive in days to save everyone. Kodos, wasn't a misguided man trying to save who he could. And Kirk wasn't the kid who lived a few days in hell and made it out alive. Tarsus shaped him, it scarred him and ultimately it killed him. Jimmy died and the person who rose from the ash became the man who would lead the Enterprise and risk everything for his crew...his family.

Last week the narrative lead of Ubisoft stated that "Far Cry is a brand that in its DNA seeks to have mature, complex themes balanced with levity and humor", and to that I say no. At the very least Far Cry 3, has been the very opposite of humor, and that was the whole main draw of the franchise. ...so who the fuck put this weed-smoking clown in charge of Far Cry narration? ...who thinks that revolution is about gay rights, cute sausage dogs, invincible MacGuyver weaponry and Macarena guns?
It just makes me so goddamned furious, to approach one of the most raped continents in the world with a "Ha ha - revolution is funny." attitude. Remember Buck? Buck sure was a funny guy, the way he actually made you feel like your colon was strapped to his dick throughout his missions. "Wasn't that funny, guys?" "Aren't child soldiers funny? Aren't death squads and starvation funny, guys?"
