Summary
Sam spent hundreds of years in the cage, with Lucifer and Michael. Lucifer implanted inside his head a new language, Enochian, and only allowed him to speak in Enochian. If Sam talked in english, torture would get a lot worse. Sometimes, even if Sam knows he's out of the cage, he can't help with remembering, and he has panic attacks. During those, he comes back to speaking Enochian, and only Castiel understands. Dean and Castiel manage to keep under control those panic attacks, until one day, Sam reveals something horrible.
