It’d be easier, Dick thinks, if there was something obvious he could point to. A clear-cut example, where any outside observer would have to agree. Something that couldn’t be argued to just be a power play, or training, or part-and-parcel of being a hostage.
There isn’t. Maybe that’s the point.
Dick paid attention in Batman’s training, he knows what grooming is. He knows what sexual abuse is. But this? This is something he has no frame of reference for.
Or: an apprentice fic where Slade’s kinks are a little unusual, and Dick has trouble finding where the line is.

As someone who has more than a passing familiarity to muggle kink clubs, Harry should find the recon op easy. However, things go wrong immediately, and he is identified as an Unspeakable by a Dom who fulfils his repressed need for edgeplay.
Captured, Harry must learn to trust the man who brought him here in the first place. He has no choice but to let Tom break him, and even then, he still has to face Voldemort.
