Of course. Katsuki only heard that part of Izuku’s ramble.
“Okay, so I can sorta cook,” Izuku mumbles as he frowns and wrinkles his nose at Katsuki, but it comes out as more of a pout than he means to.
“Pinocchio, your nose get any fucking bigger and you’re gonna poke people in the eye with that shit,” Katsuki rolls his eyes, but his signature smirk grows bigger on his face.
Izuku lets out a snort, “You’re the actual worst, Kacch—Oh! We’re here!”

Love is not always a grand confession that you dramatically fall face-first into under the pouring rain (although, in BKDK’s case it is). Sometimes, it’s finding the ripest pear on sale for your hero partner while your adopted cat is being a shit-head.
Four times Katsuki silently shows he cares and one time Izuku finally gets the message loud and fucking clear. It’s tooth-rotting fluff... eventually... And gay I swear! Enjoy it!

Much to his luck - or lack of it -, the only person who can see and talk to him in this state is no one other than Kacchan.

Katsuki shook his head faintly. “No, Dad. It’s his.”
Masaru blinked.
“’Cause he makes my heart go boom.” He slurred, “boom, boom, fucking boom.”
“Is he awake?” Mitsuki breathed, her voice tight despite her attempt to sound steady.
“He’s… something, alright,” he replied with a fond chuckle, though there was relief hidden beneath it.
