    After being left alone so long can you learn to forgive the family of skeletons that took you in?

    Will you be able to move past your human life and accept this new life?

    I'm going to be honest, this is more of a self-insert. HOWEVER, I did leave mc unnamed and referred to as they/them so anyone can imagine themselves as the mc. also... im really just writing this to rekindle my love for writing after having an awful collage term where my writing professor tore down every piece I was proud enough to give her and made me feel insecure about my writing :/

You were financially stable, had tons of friends you could count on for anything, and a family who loved you. Everything felt like it had been going just how you thought it was supposed to, but when your sister suddenly passed away, your whole world turned upside down when you found yourself the guardian of your nine-year-old nephew. Now, you need to navigate the world with Daniel at your side, but things have suddenly become more complicated as of late, when you end up being stared at one day in the grocery store.

    Stared at by a 5'1" skeleton monster with beautiful white eye-lights and wearing pink house slippers of all things.

    How were you supposed to know he's the one person you couldn't live without? That he would come into your chaotic life and slowly make it all better just by being by your side? To make matters worse though... you're completely in the dark about it!
