    One day in the summer, due to an errant, accidental wish made six months earlier, the world vomits up two teenagers out-of-time.

    Present-day Yoshiki and 'Hikaru' are confronted with the past: two alive boys, untouched by the supernatural, dragged forward into a future they don't understand. Yoshiki, in particular, is confronted with his past—the long domino chain of choices he made that has led him to the present: to his soulbruised arm, and to 'Hikaru.'
