Ivan was HIS omega.
Till always knew that he was a weird alpha. Yes, he was dominant and fierce but he wasn’t possessive. So feeling like Ivan belonged to him, that only he had the right to as much as breathe the same air as him, took him aback.
He also never felt the urge to mate—he figured at some point that perhaps he was just asexual. Ivan proved him wrong, though. Now that they had started dating, Till couldn’t stop having dirty thoughts about the other man. And it scared him a little. He felt like a perv, and he’d often find himself curled up against Ivan’s body, consumed by shame.

Till tries to be comprehensive and offer help, but before he can open his mouth to even offer, a face that haunts his dreams shows up running around the corner, reaching for the kids inside the enclosure. Summary
A tiny image forms somewhere in the deepest, darkest recesses of his mind. The image forms into a small child, with hair akin to a dark night sky and teal colored eyes that Ivan has long since associated with a sense of longing and bittersweet pain in his chest. He immediately crushes that image in his mind. It was nothing, unimportant, just a small lapse in his traitorous mind. With that he wills himself to sleep even as teal eyes follow him into his dreams.
Or, Ivan and Till are subjected to a human experiment that allows same-sex humans to procreate.
