Summary
After running away from a luxurious life that they had never wanted, two brothers thought that their troubles would be mostly gone. Okay, perhaps not all of their troubles, but most.
And then the eldest just decided out of seemingly nowhere to adopt a kid while he himself had just barely gotten out of the loveless nest.
Oh, wait, that wasn't all that bad, actually. The kid was cute. Super cute. What was a bit less fun was a famous pop band, yeah that same band that happened to be the two brothers' favorite, came in and basically bagged the eldest brother and had him 1) join their team and 2) discover that he was apparently a wielder of some dangerous mystical power and that no, mythical creatures weren't all that mythical after all. Also that second thing came to be purely because these new bandmates wanted to teach the two brothers some weird tornado-y move called Spinjitzu.
Surely that would be the end of it, right? It wasn't like the two brothers themselves and the adopted kid (omitting the fact that said kid wasn't entirely human) had any big reveal waiting for them somewhere, right?
Haha.
…
If only it was that simple.

Summary
Lloyd couldn't bare to turn around and face them. He knew that if he looked while he did it, he'd never be able to live with himself.
On the other hand, he almost wanted to look. To see the despair and loss of trust in their eyes as he betrayed them. It would stick with him forever, haunt him until his final days, but oh, would it be so, so worth it.
-Or; Lloyd begins to fantasize about everything he fought so hard against; Betrayal, murder, becoming Oni. The voice in his head doesn't make it easier to stop.
Or; Lloyd becomes morally gray. (okay, bit less morally gray than he is insane)
