TLDR: Crowned king at eighteen, Tommy struggles to keep his kingdom alive and fed while also keeping himself the same. As old acquaintances reappear and either help his mental decline or make it worse, King Dream swoops in with an ulterior motive at Tommy's lowest. Blinded by his foolishness, Tommy is oblivious to his plans.
