She makes an off-handed wish, not expecting the Goblin King to actually show up with a warm bowl of stew. In the week leading up to Samhain, a pregnant Sarah reminisces her happy childhood Halloween tradition of trick-or-treating, contemplating their children partaking in such a fun experience. In an attempt to surprise his wife, Jareth decides to throw a new tradition of Goblin Trick-or-Treating. Unfortunately, getting imbecilic goblins to follow simple orders may prove to be too ambitious for the King of Goblins. Oneshot.

While there, they both struggle with feelings of insecurity and fear of losing the other person, not realizing how much love they harbor for each other. On the beach, under the light of the moon, they find that their deepest wish to be loved by the other has come true.

Sarah and Jareth are accompanying (babysitting) their rockstar friends, Ziggy and Duke, to pick pumpkins for Halloween. While picking out their pumpkins, Duke disappears, and pumpkins are being reported stolen. As Detective Williams springs into action, Jareth decides to go look for Duke and ends up in a corn maze with no exits. One shot related to Detective Williams universe but not at all necessary to read that story. Written for the LFFWAR Halloween writing challenge of 2024.

Summary
The first time he laid eyes on her, he knew that she was meant to be his queen. As for her, she knew from that moment that she would love him and only him.
This is the story of why the Goblin King loves Sarah, for their meeting in 1986 was not their first.
You don't have to read or watch Sandman to read this but you should watch Labyrinth for sure. It's more of a Sandman cameo as the story revolves around Jareth and Sarah.
(This is a story with a happy ending, as is the case with all of my stories)
