Summary
ER doctor, Castiel Novak, lives a boring life outside of his job. He doesn’t have time for much else with such long hours and so little sleep. But all of that changes when the fire alarm in his condo forces him outside during the day, and he manages to embarrass himself in front of the hottest fireman he’s ever seen. Castiel is ready to chalk it up to a one-time disaster, but the universe seems to have other plans.

Set at the end of 11x23/beginning of 12x1.
John Winchester has returned to the world. Brought back to life by Amara, he is eager to forge a relationship with his sons again and pick up where they left off, but something is standing in his way: the angel, Castiel.
John takes an instant and violent dislike to Castiel and begins to slowly force him out of his sons' lives. But his hatred begins to mingle with fascination, and before he knows it he's drawn to the enigmatic angel and drags Cas down into a cycle of dark violence and twisted abuse.

Summary
Fluffy chicken AU. Dean is a dangerous, black-feathered fiend – a demon in the ring, hell-bent on tearing his opponent apart so that he himself might live. He's a bird bred to fight. His last match was against the infamous Castiel, a dominating white gamecock with nigh uncontrollable power. The duel was meant to be to the death. But then it all ended; they were put in cages and carted off to somewhere much brighter and greener. Now Dean and Castiel are no longer sparring partners, but yardmates. It's not so bad. There's ample food, clean water, and lots of lady chickens. Yet, for some reason, neither Dean nor Castiel feel very inclined to roost with the girls – or murder each other, for that matter.

Summary
Dean rarely visits the bunker. He knows Sam’s got enough people to spend time with in there, even though they’re all just a bunch of librarians. But then a hunt goes wrong, Dean breaks a leg, and is forced to stay with his brother and all his new research buddies while he recuperates. Soon it turns out it wouldn’t be half as bad if it weren’t for Sam’s constant nagging, all the boring nerd duties they put him on, and the annoyingly good-looking new guy who seems to know exactly how to get under Dean’s skin.

A story diverging after season 2 in which Sam doesn’t get stabbed and instead moves into the bunker to become a modern Man of Letters, Dean doesn’t sell his soul for him but continues to hunt, while Cas is not an angel but still pulls Dean out of hell. Not literally, though.- Language:

Summary
Taking place between episodes 12 ("Faith") & 13 ("Route 666") of season one - Dean is dealing with massive feelings of guilt over being healed by Roy LeGrange and has decided to drown his sorrows in as many bottles as he can possibly find. Castiel is a mysterious angel seemingly tasked with not only making sure Dean doesn't drink himself to death but also with getting Dean to understand his place in the universe and how important it is that he lives, even at the expense of others dying.
