Summary
Kira and Damar are stranded during a mission, and must grudgingly rely on each other to survive. Unfortunately, living long enough to be rescued isn't their only problem, as events begin to affect Damar in unexpected ways.
This story takes place during the period (drawn out to several months, rather than weeks) between the birth of Kirayoshi O'Brien and Cardassia's entry into the Dominion.
