Summary
So basically when Dean asks Sam to go look for John, Sam says no and starts this whole spiral of things that leads up to the scene in season 15 where Dean goes to the bar but takes Jack since Cass died in season 13 and came back in the middle of season 14. Cass has been trying to get back to the bunker since he was dropped in Alaska, on his way back to Kansas he meets up with Sam and Eileen who've been going after the supernatural together since 2011, even though Jess died a few days after Dean asked for Sams help.
Dean asks Sam to come with him to find their dad and Sam says no. If you would like more details on how they got to this part of the series message me. I can't promise that I will reply immediately but I will reply to you eventually.

She remembers Bruce’s face - haunted and resigned with steel in his eyes. A flicker of Batman in the mild posture of Bruce Wayne. And how Stephanie wanted to give those old bags the verbal beatdown of a lifetime, but Bruce put a hand on her back and steered them away from the crowd. “It’s not worth it,” he said. He barreled on when he saw Stephanie open her mouth, a retort already shaping on the tip of her tongue. “I’m used to it. I don’t want them to drag you into this”. As if they already don’t - Bruce Wayne and all of his charity cases.
“You’re so pretty, you know?” she suddenly starts. Bruce slowly blinks, the way he does at the rare instance that something is confusing him and his brain can’t catch up fast enough to come up with a solution. “Come on, Jason. Back me up here”.
Jason sighs. “Your so fucking pretty it makes me wanna vomit”. He turns away, hiding his face behind his hand, but she can still spot the hint of redness on the tip of his ears.

What stood out against the scars across Tim's chest and torso was a small bronze key hooked into a chain like a necklace. The key itself was barely big enough to open a large diary or a small lockbox.
Jason leaned forward. “What’s the key for, Baby Bird?” He grinned excitedly. Because now they were on better terms. Great terms, even. Which means he can tease his baby brother about his jewelry all he wants.

This is the closest Greg has ever gotten to either of them, and they both look like they can't be over twenty. “I don't know why you won't just let me go back to base.”
“Because—” Red Hood pulls Red Robin in with a gentle tug, putting one hand to his waist and pulling him in until they're chest to chest. Red Robin lets him, even leans up into his space. “I have never in my life gotten to dance in the rain, and I need to fix that immediately.”
