“Yes,” Catra said, reaching out to grip Adora’s hand, lacing their fingers together and grinning up at her. “Yes, we are.”
“Drive safe,” Caitlyn said, and Adora smiled at her and Vi in turn.
“We will. Thanks again, you guys. We’ll set a date up soon for me to drop this one off.”
She ran a hand through Catra’s hair, and suddenly, abruptly, it was real. This was happening.
Nerves shot through Catra even as a thrill joined them.
“We’ll take good care of her,” Caitlyn said, arching a brow, and Vi’s smile was slow and predatory, Adora’s expression smug, satisfied. Suddenly, Catra was very, very aware that she was in deep, deep trouble.

Summary
Ch 1: At twenty-two, Caitlyn Kiramman is an over-eager Enforcer Cadet, just months from graduation. After catching her parents interfering (again) in her career, she winds up finding some company that's *definitely* not up the Kiramman snuff to take her mind off things.
Ch 2: As a freshly-graduated rank-and-file Enforcer, Caitlyn gets the short end of the stick when it comes to shifts and posts. On a graveyard stint at the Hexgate Building, she runs into a now-familiar face, who certainly isn’t happy to see the Enforcer’s uniform… at least standing straight up. Kneeling? It seems to be just fine.
Ch 3: Newly-fired rogue Enforcer Caitlyn's field trip to the undercity is a bit of a bust, but it certainly turns out to be worth Matilda's time. For a while, anyway, before real life comes knocking.
