A cold bite filled the air as the worst of Fimbulwinter had begun. Kratos had been stalking the forests near the home when he became aware of another being. This creature was far to large to be some ordinary human. However, it was far too weak to be some sort of god. Slowly, he reached for his Leviathan Axe before moving closer. The creature was mostly comprised of a long, red serpent's tail with the upper half of a woman. Could this be a gorgon who strayed too far from her home? He narrowed his eyes as he prodded her cold tail with his axe.

"Crocodile was there," Mihawk nods at the large hook-handed man.
Buggy turns betrayed eyes at Crocodile, still smoking casually with Sanji next to him. Crocodile raises his cigar and nods. "Beautiful ceremony," he says sardonically. "Small and intimate."
Buggy takes a deep breath, and then starts screaming.

A typical storm and an atypical story lead the Cross Guild's shadow leaders to spend more time with their chosen figurehead. Mihawk is strangely comfortable with it, but Crocodile is still learning to accept that Buggy the Clown isn't as uninteresting and weak as he'd always assumed. The ex-warlords might not get all the answers they want from Buggy, but they learn there's reason to respect the man--and maybe even begrudgingly admit that he has his charms.
