Summary
The Payday Gang isn’t the kind of group that’ll let just anybody in. You have to be smart enough to make the right moves, brave enough to fight against hundreds, crazy enough to execute any plan, and hopelessly greedy, or you won’t stand a chance.
If you asked Dallas, a couple of high school dropouts with a penchant for poetry aren’t going to stand much of a chance in a firefight. Still, talent can come from strange places. If he had to make that concession, then there was at least one form of literature they could use to win him over: a letter of recommendation, preferably written in blood.
Five potential candidates. Who might make the cut?

Summary
It has been a year since the Phantom Thieves saved the world from yet another mad god in the form of a rampant AI. As is tradition, the group of friends plan a big trip for the summer, this time flying over to the US capital of Washington, D.C. to see the sights and have a good time. Even better when they find out that their newest honorary member, Zenkichi, is also called there as part of a working vacation, as a token bit of assistance to the local police on the Payday case.
None of them know just how dire a situation the Payday gang are currently in, nor that their leader is currently being held hostage by a shadowy organization dead set on world domination. To make things worse, that organization is willing to stoop to any level, even dabbling into cognitive pscience, to do so.
