There’s black ichor and gore coated up her muzzle and down her ruff, and when she opens her mouth her teeth are large and wicked looking.
“Do you even have to ask?” she mutters, leaning her full weight against him.

Summary
It’s been ten years since they met in Jerusalem, and Yusuf thinks Nicolò might just be the most infuriating, confusing man he’s ever met. Summary
It takes Derek a couple years to catch on. He's so used to being used in a relationship, that it doesn't register to him that what he has with Stiles isn't merely friendship anymore. Not that he had been in a place where he could've mentally processed the idea of a relationship, even a year back, but working with his therapist has gotten him a long way from the terrified 23-year old, to a somewhat functioning adult.
In the end, it takes a few full pots of coffee, a couple trips to the pharmacy, a dozen lunch dates with Stiles and his father, and a couple centuries old sorcerer for him to finally connect the dots.
