“What do you think about a trip to Wales?” Sirius finally.
Harry tilted his head. “Would this involve breaking and entering?”
“I have a key and the spells are set to let me in, so, sorry Potter, not especially,” Sirius laughed.
Harry laughed, too. “Well, damn. I guess I’ll make do anyway.”

“We have orders, Mr. Lupin. A legally binding decree to bring Mr. Lupin and therefore his unborn child into our custody,” one of the voices said.
Remus’ heart jumped into his throat, and he saw Hope throw him a look of panic.
“That’s absurd,” Lyall said. “My son –”
“Will come with us, Mr. Lupin,” a new voice said, a woman’s. Remus didn’t recognize it, but its cadence was familiar to him in a way he couldn’t quite place. “As the MLE officer said, we can do this the easy way or the hard way,” she said smoothly. “I’d much prefer the easy way, but, well, any way will ultimately work for me. These things do.”
“And who are you?” Lyall asked.
“I’m Walburga Black,” the voice said silkily, and Remus placed its intonation – Sirius had come to Hogwarts with the same smooth tempo and perfect enunciation, and he occasionally had slipped into it when bored or, ironically, stressed.

Unabashed happiness broke out on Harry’s face immediately. “That’s brilliant!”
Remus shrugged a little.
“Remus, no, yes, that’s brilliant! I didn’t think — it didn’t seem to matter — not that I want to pry but,” Harry continued.
“It didn’t matter so much, especially when we were young. And then, well.” Remus stopped, and Harry nodded. “But everything seems so much more, well, settled now. I feel more settled. And while I want this, I mostly think it would make Sirius really happy.”
